〈仕事内容詳細〉
- Establish and execute business plan & annual budget
- Manage financial analysis & reporting processes, including monthly profit forecast, and other financial metrics
- Lead profit improvement actions in the company
- Conduct financial analysis for operations incl. pricing, facility and tooling spending, cost saving, etc.
- Manage operations of all the accounting matters, including internal & external reporting, corporate tax, AP, AR, fixed assets, or treasury
- Lead the company to keep internal control and SOX in place.
- Other ad-hoc tasks

- Expertise of accounting & tax to lead an organization
- Experience as controller or equivalent
- Business level communication skill in both Japanese and English
- Finance/Manufacturing related ERP experience
